Here's the upgrades needed to the voting system:
Voting data should have been designed to print a hard copy ticket for each vote cast**,
one for the voter and a duplicate to the voting staff. ( voters would have a confirmation ticket indicating that their vote was properly processed)**
Their Voting ticket could be checked against the copy the voter has and the one the work workers have, as people exit as a secondary confirmation such as a two step authentication. That confirmed ballot is then deposited into a "high security box" with the added protection of barcode recording registered by the box upon deposit of the copy into the box, this will give us multiple authentication by authorized persons.
To open the box, the box is under 24/7 camera surveillance, with mechanisms to send a signal to a security office when the box is opened and that is recorded in block chain that is on individual multiple computers in every state to prevent alterations.
